معالجة الخبث

تزيل بي إي الخبث الساخن من تحت الأفران بطريقتين حسب تصميم المصنع. ندير خبث البوتلات والمواد المهدرة والطوب المستخدم والجماجم والتنديش وأواني الصب والكتل الطارئة من مصاهر الصهر إلى مصانع الاسترداد.

A — نقل الأواني

باستخدام ناقلات أواني الخبث الخاصة، يُصب الخبث مباشرة في الوعاء من تحت الفرن ثم يُنقل إلى محطة الإمالة المعتمدة للتبريد، وبعدها يُنقل الخبث المبرد إلى مصنع استرداد المعادن.

B — الحفر تحت الفرن

باستخدام لوادر خاصة، يُؤخذ الخبث من تحت الفرن بعد الإمالة ويُنقل إلى خزانات التبريد، ثم إلى مصنع استرداد المعادن.
